Dressed in sparkling clothes, she looks like an apparel-related person, but... surprisingly, she's the talented president of an innovation consulting firm that uses ?art?thinking.
“I want to convey through my appearance that I offer highly creative value. That is why I am particular about fashion on weekdays.”
Mr. Owa spends 100 hours a week working. Her bag, which has achieved her self-actualization in her work, was full of hints as a strong working woman.
“At work, I have a lot of things to carry, so a large-capacity backpack that looks stylish is essential. I commute by bicycle, so a backpack has become my best choice rather than a tote .”
Genuine leather backpacks made in Italy will look good even if you use them for a long time. The rucksack, which is both comfortable and neat, helps Mr. Owa in his busy days.
Mr. Owa, who commute by bicycle to Omotesando where his company is located, currently lives in a creator's share house in Shibuya.
“In the past, I used to study abroad in Denmark at my own expense in order to use both my business and creativity as weapons. Denmark is said to be the happiest country in the world, but what is happiness while studying abroad? After a lot of thought, I came to the answer that "connection" with various things such as people, land, and culture is important.That's why you can experience an extended family. I decided to try living in a share house.”
Creator's share house... It seems that some amazing people live here.
“There are times when I feel lonely when I am facing my work, but when I go back to the share house, I often come to realize things that I didn’t have before by interacting with people . The feeling of wanting to give something to someone leads to my next action .
I was wondering what it would be like to be in the bag of a working female manager, but I felt a sense of familiarity with the many feminine items. He carries the things he needs for work without compromise, even if they are heavy .

Mr. Owa says that it is precisely because he is so busy working that he is able to control his mood and physical condition in small ways. It's kind of sustainable if you can make effective use of the mouettes you get casually like this. Nice idea.
"When I work long hours, I put it under my feet and stimulate pressure points on my shoulders and neck. When my body gets tired, I can't concentrate, so it's a pretty important item for me. The size is It's big, but it doesn't get in the way because it's made of light materials."
The body is the capital for any kind of work. Because he works long hours, he says that he uses healing goods during work to save time.

“In order not to spend too much time worrying about things, I use a separate notebook for inventorying my thoughts and a notebook for summarizing my actions. Thinking about the best action is very important in life . I think it 's the most frustrating when you don't really understand what your worries are.It's a waste to just worry without thinking, so it's a must-have item when you want to think about actions without stopping."
Do not put off the questions that arise in your mind, but put them together in a notebook while taking inventory. Then you can see the path you should take, so all you have to do is decide on it. In this way, Mr. Owa cuts through the time he spends worrying, and proceeds with his work with a faster turnover rate and judgment than others.
I've learned a lot from listening to her story so far, but what kind of life has she led as a young entrepreneur leading a business?
“After graduating from university, I first got a job at a foreign-affiliated consulting company. At that time , people began to whisper that human jobs would disappear due to the development of AI . I wondered what it was and what I could do , so I came up with the idea that only humans can create 1 from 0. ”
“In that situation, I thought that I could demonstrate my own value more by using both business and creative as weapons, so I studied abroad in Denmark at my own expense. That's why I thought there was something I could create in the world, so I launched Bulldozer in Japan."
Mr. Owa currently lives in a share house in Shibuya, and places great importance on "connecting with people." The reason why he rented an office in Omotesando is because he feels the possibilities of space, people, and culture born there. That's how much Owa values connections with people and cultures.
“When I was working as an office worker, I thought that all the work at a company was something that could be done by someone other than myself .
