 Nowadays our lifestyle has changed so much, that we do not pay attention to our diet, and the amount of cholesterol in the body increases.  Cholesterol is a very common problem and it is affecting many in our country.

1. Low Density Lipoprotein (LDL) It is also called bed (bad) cholesterol. This causes clots to form in the arteries, making them less flexible. Clotting increases the risk of heart attack and stroke. It can also lead to arterial disease.
2. High Density Lipoprotein (HDL) Also Good Cholesterol

High Cholesterol Lowering Treatment (Cholesterol kam karne ke tarike)
To make our body fit and healthy, we need to take care of it, keep cholesterol under control, do not let it increase. We can reduce it without medicine with just a little effort at home.

Dhana -
In a research it was found that Dhana is helpful in reducing cholesterol to a great extent and it also controls sugar.


 
Boil 2 teaspoons of coriander powder in a cup of water.
Now filter it, now drink it 1-2 times a day.
Apart from this, soak coriander in cup of water overnight and drink it on an empty stomach in the morning. Will understand the difference in a few days.
Onion -
Red onion is helpful in reducing cholesterol. According to a research, it eliminates bad cholesterol and increases good cholesterol.

Add honey to one spoon of onion juice and drink it daily.
Apart from this, mix one finely chopped onion in a cup of buttermilk, add salt and pepper to it and drink it daily.
Include onion, garlic and ginger in your diet.
Amla -
Amla is also helpful in cholesterol control, which will be easily available in our home.

Drink a spoonful of amla powder in 1 glass of lukewarm water.
Drink this every morning on an empty stomach. Very soon you will understand the difference.
Orange juice-
Orange contains vitamin C which is very helpful in removing bad cholesterol. By drinking 2-3 glasses of orange juice daily, the cholesterol in your body will be controlled very quickly. If you do not have juice, then include orange in your diet.

coconut oil -
Coconut oil reduces fat in the body, which does not increase cholesterol. Include organic coconut oil in your diet, eat 1-2 teaspoons daily.

Oats –
Oats are better for our body in every way, it reduces cholesterol in the body, keeps weight under control. I have also shared a recipe made from oats, so that you can include it in your food in different ways.

Nuts -
Include dry fruits in your diet, it is high in fiber which is beneficial for the body. Include 1 handful mixed nuts in the food, but take care not to take more than this. It contains natural oil which fulfills many needs of the body.

Exercise - Exercise every morning, make a habit of walking for 30 minutes a day.
